Our Story
Based in rural Aberdeenshire in the North East of Scotland I have a passion in creating bespoke handmade items both for you and your home. I also have a passion for crafting for better mental health.
After suffering my own mental health battle I found that crafting helped me through a difficult time in my life and help me switch off from the stresses of everyday life.
It was then with the support of my husband I decided to turn a wee hobby into a small business and share my makes with you and CherryGrove Bits and Bobs was born.
Originally I started off making lampshades and bottle lamps but as time passed by I added a range of cushions to my range, including the popular Book Storage Cushions and a collection of products for use in both the kitchen and bathroom to cut down on the use of plastic thus giving you back time to spend with family instead of getting caught up in cling film or moving lots of bottles around when cleaning the bathroom.
I also love to upcycle items and add some napkin decoupage to give them a new lease of life.
As a busy mum to four wonderful children, granny to one I understand only too well that time is precious so hence my creation of products to help you spend time with your family and friends.
Of course not forgetting about you, I have a range of accessories to add that pop of colour to your wardrobe, hair accessories to give your locks a look of style and sophistication.
I also offer a range of workshops both online and face to face throughout the year, which include lampshade making, hand embroidery and decoupage. Details of these can be found by subscribing to our email or sending me a message.
Everything you see on the website can be custom made to suit your requirements, please just get in touch and we can have a chat.
When not crafting I love to get out into nature and go for walks and take part in networking events.
Thank you for taking the time to visit my website.
Much Love
